Mr. Chairman, Let us thank you very much indeed for your courtesy in replying to our letter of the 29th April 1959 and for the regard you had for our memorandum. We must apologize to you for the delay in sending this reply, which has been due to the fact we were awaiting the opinions from our comrades living at the other countries. Enclosed please find the photographs which you have requested as well as a copy of the letter which we have today posted to the Ministry of the Interior of Ghana.
